Position Summary

Provides continuous remote monitoring, fault detection, ticket management, event triage, and escalation coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor SNMPv3 alerts and network events.
  • Detect outages and service degradations.
  • Create, update, and escalate trouble tickets.
  • Perform event correlation and impact assessment.
  • Support stakeholder communications during incidents.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in NOC or network monitoring operations.
  • Experience with SNMP monitoring and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Preferred Certifications

  • CCNA
  • Network+
  • ITIL Foundation
