Position Summary
Provides continuous remote monitoring, fault detection, ticket management, event triage, and escalation coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor SNMPv3 alerts and network events.
- Detect outages and service degradations.
- Create, update, and escalate trouble tickets.
- Perform event correlation and impact assessment.
- Support stakeholder communications during incidents.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in NOC or network monitoring operations.
- Experience with SNMP monitoring and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA
- Network+
- ITIL Foundation
