Position Summary

Manages day-to-day shift operations, analyst performance, event management workflows, escalation handling, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Tier 1 NOC analysts across all shifts.
  • Ensure incident acknowledgment and ticket creation timelines are met.
  • Monitor adherence to escalation procedures.
  • Conduct shift handoffs and operational briefings.
  • Ensure 24/7 staffing coverage.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in network operations or NOC environments.
  • Prior supervisory experience in 24/7 operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident coordination skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • CCNA
  • Network+
  • ITIL Foundation
