Position Summary
Manages day-to-day shift operations, analyst performance, event management workflows, escalation handling, and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Tier 1 NOC analysts across all shifts.
- Ensure incident acknowledgment and ticket creation timelines are met.
- Monitor adherence to escalation procedures.
- Conduct shift handoffs and operational briefings.
- Ensure 24/7 staffing coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in network operations or NOC environments.
- Prior supervisory experience in 24/7 operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident coordination skills.
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA
- Network+
- ITIL Foundation
